We’re hiring for multiple positions to support our growing operations, including Material Handlers, Machine Operators, Line Leads, and other production-related roles. If you’re looking for steady work outside Indianapolis with room to grow, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do (Overview):
- Contribute to daily production and operational goals across the facility.
- Assist with material movement, equipment operation, or line support based on role and experience.
- Help maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
- Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift experience, is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift.
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Leadership experience, is a plus.
